b/w plus one
what is it?
to put it simple, this plug will make a color clip grayscale -- plus one additional color. you select the color (and leeway), and all other colors will be converted to grayscale. it works best with clips that have one color that is stands out, but since our plugs support are of effect, it also works well with more complicated clips.
what should i use it for?
use it whenever you want to impress someone with your movie-editing skills. And when you want some part of your clip to stand out.
area of effect :
define the area of the clip you want to be affected by the plug-in. all other parts or the clip remain untouched.
the one color:
this is the color that remains untouched. remember that you can pick the color straight from the clip!
this slider controls the leeway (closeness) of color to the target color. the further to the right, the more colors will also remain unaffected.
this checkbox controls how relaxed the ‘match’ slider should match a color to target color. if strictness regime is on, the rules are much tighter, and stay in a much narrower corridor. use this option if you have colors that become targeted (i.e. stay colorful) that shouldn’t.
strictness regime slider:
(only available if strictness is turned on) controls the ‘harshness’ of strictness regime. you can narrow the constraints of the strictness regime even further.
