color control (rgb)
what is it?
color control is a general effects plug that lets you add or reduce the amount of all three primary colors (red, green, blue) per pixel. you can, for example, add some red tint to a clip by moving the 'red' slider slightly to the right of center.
what should i use it for?
use this effect to correct some lighting conditions (e.g. when using a blue lamp) or to add some warmth to a picture.
we offer color-correction plug-ins for all major color models:
area of effect :
define the area of the clip you want to be affected by the plug-in. all other parts of the clip remain untouched.
red, green, blue:
when centered, these sliders have no effect. when moved left, the respective color (red, green, blue) is bleached out of the picture without changing the overall brightness of the clip.
when moved right, the respective color is strengthened in the clip. again, overall brightness is unaffected.
